You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation where applicable.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winforlyf accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the winforlyf Platform and may vary by payment method. winforlyf reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. winforlyf will process withdrawal requests in accordance with the timelines specified on the Platform. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. winforlyf reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. You may be required to verify your payment method before withdrawals are processed.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on winforlyf are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). winforlyf is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. winforlyf reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.
5.1 winforlyf may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. winforlyf reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit promotions, or engaging in coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account. winforlyf is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
5.5 winforlyf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
7.3 The winforlyf name, logo , and all related marks are trademarks of winforlyf. You may not use any winforlyf trademark, trade name, or logo without our prior written consent.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winforlyf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8.2 winforlyf's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winforlyf account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Service Availability. winforlyf does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. winforlyf shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
8.4 Third-Party Game Providers. Some games available on the winforlyf Platform are provided by third-party software providers. winforlyf is not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in third-party games, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
8.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winforlyf's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winforlyf Platform, you agree to first contact winforlyf's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. winforlyf will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
11.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.1 winforlyf reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered players by email.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the winforlyf Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
12.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.1.
